GRANDMA KRAMER'S
MARINATED CHICKEN RECIPE
I grew up making this marinade with my Grandma!
It would marinade overnight, then the next day I'd help
Grandpa grill the chicken!

2-3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar

directions
To make marinade, combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk together to combine thoroughly.
Place chicken in zip lock bag. Pour Marinade over chicken.
Refrigerate over night or a least 8 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade. Wipe excess marinade off chicken with paper towels (you don't want it to burn).
Grill chicken over Medium/High Heat until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F.
Note: Do not grill over extremely high heat. It will burn the chicken and the inside will be undercooked. It's better to start low, and crank it up when almost done cooking!
